Empezamos con las patatas, las pelaremos y cortaremos en rodajas de 1 o 1,5 cm y cortaremos tambi\u00e9n rodajas de tomate al que le quitaremos la piel. Pondremos todo, primero la capa de patatas, en el fondo de una cazuela de barro con aceite de oliva sal y pimienta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cazuela puede  ser de otro material pero el barro ayuda a conducir el calor muy bien y a mantener los alimentos muy jugosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cigalmaracademy.files.wordpress.com\/2023\/02\/aziz-acharki-wxgxexyyv30-unsplash.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-842\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ultimo, colocaremos las bacaladillas distribuidas por toda la superficie con un poco m\u00e1s de aceite y sal y las vamos a llevar al horno a cocinar durante 20 minutos. Si en alg\u00fan momento vemos que las bacaladillas se est\u00e1n cocinando demasiado o se pueden llega a quemar, lo que puedes hacer es colocar una capa de papel de aluminio por encima. Mientras esperamos que se caliente vamos picando muy fina una cebolla y el pescado. Lo echamos en la olla y esperamos a que la cebolla se poche un poco para incorporar el pescado. Le daremos vueltas y lo dejaremos cocinar hasta que est\u00e9 listo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando se cocine por completo a\u00f1adiremos la mantequilla y la harina sin parar de remover. Cuando est\u00e9 incorporada a\u00f1adimos la leche y la l\u00e1mina de gelatina. Removemos y a\u00f1adimos las especias al gusto, podemos ir probando la masa para no pasarnos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando est\u00e9 lista la sacamos del fuego y la ponemos a enfriar en una bandeja, tambi\u00e9n podemos meterlo en el frigor\u00edfico. Cuando la masa este lista empezamos a formar las bolitas, pasamos la masa por huevo primero y por el pan rallado despu\u00e9s y vamos a fre\u00edr en abundante aceite caliente. Dejamos hasta que se doren por fuera, las retiramos y las servimos en un plato con papel absorbente. Pondremos en un bol la harina, junto con las especias y la cerveza negra. Lo batiremos todo a mano con unas varillas hasta que quede una masa con la consistencia de una mayonesa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" style=\"line-height:1.7\">Cortamos los filetes en tiras mas peque\u00f1as. Los salpimentamos, los pasamos por la masa y los vamos a fre\u00edr en abundante aceite caliente. Preparamos la salsa empezando con un majado de ajo y perejil, lo mejor es utilizar un mortero y en el echar los ingredientes picados previamente y mezclar a mano hasta conseguir una pasta. Incorporamos este majado al bol con el yogurt y mezclamos hasta integrar todo. A\u00f1adimos sal al gusto y el zumo de lim\u00f3n y mezclamos. Escurrimos las verduras y las incorporamos. Ponemos la tortita y un par de minutos a cada lado y a continuaci\u00f3n haemos una cama con las verduras y sobre ella una pieza de pescado rebozado y cerramos.
