Nos referimos a cualquier producto del mar invertebrado y comestible. Los clasificamos a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Moluscos<\/strong>: Su cuerpo se divide en tres partes: cabeza, masa visceral y pie. La mayor\u00eda de los moluscos tienen su cuerpo protegido por un caparaz\u00f3n o concha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">A su vez de dividen en:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-small-font-size\">\n<li class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Bivalvos&nbsp;<\/strong>o dos conchas, con la movilidad muy reducida ya que se mueven por medio del impulso de sus conchas:&nbsp;<strong>almejas<\/strong>, <strong>ostras<\/strong>, <strong>mejillones<\/strong>, <strong>volandeiras<\/strong>, navajas y berberechos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cefal\u00f3podo<\/strong>s son moluscos con un cuerpo blando, cabeza de gran tama\u00f1o y tent\u00e1culos  En este grupo est\u00e1n: el&nbsp;<strong>calamar<\/strong>, el&nbsp;<strong>pulpo <\/strong>o la <strong>sepia<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Crust\u00e1ceos<\/strong> tienen un caparaz\u00f3n rodeando y protegiendo su cuerpo muy blando y tierno, tienen adem\u00e1s muchas patas. A esta categor\u00eda pertenecen el bogavante, la cigala, el langostino, el centollo la gamba, la n\u00e9cora, el cangrejo, el percebe o el camar\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"> En general cuando hablamos de productos del mar, debemos tener en cuenta c\u00f3mo prepararlos, sobre todo si hablamos de marisco.  Los mariscos son piezas muy sencillas de preparar si sabes c\u00f3mo hacerlo, debes cocerlos en agua salada, debes tener en cuenta el peso y la cantidad de agua en la que lo vas a cocer para saber los gramos de sal que echaremos en el agua y el tiempo de cocci\u00f3n de cada pieza. Es importante cortar la cocci\u00f3n una vez pasado el tiempo y por eso debemos llevar las piezas a agua fr\u00eda directamente desde la olla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Un punto importante a tener en cuenta es aromatizar el agua de la cocci\u00f3n con laurel, esto es muy com\u00fan en Galicia.
