Mientras tanto lavamos, pelamos y cortamos las patatas muy finas y las colocamos en una bandeja. Lavamos y cortamos la cebolla  muy fina y la disponemos tambi\u00e9n en la bandeja. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cigalmaracademy.files.wordpress.com\/2023\/01\/caballa-al-horno-con-patatas-1.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-153\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Colocamos la caballa encima, hacemos unos cortes en la misma y ponemos unos limones en rodajas. A\u00f1adimos a la bandeja el zumo de lo que nos queda del lim\u00f3n, rallamos un poco de jengibre rallado y un buen chorro de aceite de oliva, metemos al horno 15-20 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servimos con un poco de cilandro, pimienta y sal al gusto<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-layout-2 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>caballa con verduras<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" style=\"line-height:1.2\"><strong>ingredientes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<ul>\n<li>Filetes de caballa limpios<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verduras al gusto:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zanahoria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pimiento verde, rojo amarillo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cebolla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bandeja de horno o papel de horno<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pimienta negra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Precalentamos el horno a 180\u00ba y mientras vamos preparando la verdura. Lavamos y cortamos las zanahorias, la cebolla y las patatas en rodajas y el pimiento en tiras. Lo disponemos todo en una bandeja de horno y le echamos aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta al gusto. Lo dejamos cocinar y lo servimos acompa\u00f1\u00e1ndolo al gusto con ensalada, patatas o cualquier guarnici\u00f3n al gusto.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-layout-grid-column wp-block-jetpack-layout-grid__padding-none\">\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-large-font-size\" style=\"line-height:1\"><strong>caballa a la brasa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\" style=\"line-height:1\"><strong>ingredientes<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Caballas entera sin cabeza<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Romero<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acompa\u00f1amientos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras se va cocinando, colocamos limones y romero para aromatiza y que vaya cogiendo el sabor. Lo dejamos cocinar y lo servimos acompa\u00f1\u00e1ndolo al gusto con ensalada, patatas o cualquier guarnici\u00f3n al gusto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para esta receta, necesitaremos \u00fanicamente una buena barbacoa y unas buenas brasas o en su defecto un grill.
